Q: Are Fabuluxwall jewelry products for kids?

A: Most of Fabuluxwall jewelry products are intended for young adults and older. That being said, gifts for loved ones who are younger than 14 years old should use the products by adult's advice. For instance, small beads from jewelry products may present a choking hazard if swallowed.


Q: How to care and wear to extend the lifetime of the jewelry?

A: As a rule of thumb, all jewelry items should not be worn during swimming, bathing and exercising. Stainless steel bangles, rhodium plated earrings and sterling silver chains could be briefly exposed to water; however, Fabuluxwall jewelry products are like anything other fashion jewelry, they are delicate and they should be kept clean by using appropriate cleaner and stored in a sealed bag or a jewelry box to extend the luster quality.


Q: I have allergies. Is that possible to customize components to my need?

A: All products are lead free. Many of our products are gold-plated, sterling silver, stainless steel or made with nickel free metals. If you have allergies to certain materials, please contact our help desk ( before placing an order.


Q: Is it safe to wear with a pacemaker? Is my ordered jewelry item is magnetic?

A: Our products may contain magnetic materials. If you are sensitive to magnetic components, please consult with your doctor for advice.


Q: Is size adjustment possible for my order?

A: Yes, for eligible jewelry items, exception applies to some imported items. The size adjustment option for a specific item can be found on its product page. If you need assistance, please contact our customer service team.

A: To navigate this website, simply click on a category you might be interested in. Categories are located on the top, left & bottom of our website. QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You'll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand". Whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an "arrow". You may also type a keyword into the SEARCH box to quickly find a specific product. A: After adding items to your cart, you'll see a box at the bottom of the shopping cart to enter your coupon code as you view your cart.


Q: Does Fabuluxwall jewelry products tarnish?

A: Fabuluxwall handmade or designed jewelry products are made of high quality materials to prevent tarnishing over time. However, it will experience a natural life cycle as well as normal wear & tear like any other fashion jewelry. We will happily replace any defective products within 30 days of delivery. Otherwise, treat your jewelry with care in order to extend the lifetime of the product.


Q: Is there a warranty on Fabuluxwall products?

A: There is one-year satisfaction guarantee on products designed by Fabuluxwall, and the warranty can be found on relevant product page. All products come with 30-day purchase satisfaction guarantee from the ship date unless noted.

Q: Can I buy wholesale?

A: We are not a wholesaler; however, we offer discounts for purchasing bulk order.


Q: Do you ship multiple destinations for my order?

A: We use USPS delivery and tracking system that delivers one designated address for your order. We recommend you to place separate orders for different shipping addresses. The shipping fee for one of your orders may be waived if the total of your order is qualified for free shipping and you place a new subsequent order within 60 minutes after first order. Q: Do I have to pay sales tax?

A: You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse.


Q: When will my credit appear for returned item on my account?

A: Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).


Q: When will my credit card be charged?

A: Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).


Order status

Q: Has my order shipped? How do I track my order?

A: When an order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number for your order. Also, you can log into your account at Fabuluxwall, at the top right hand side of our site, to check your orders status.


Q: My order never arrived.

A: First, log into your account at our site and track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your order package(s) show a status of "delivered", please email,, customer service for assistance.


Q: An item is missing from my shipment.

A: If you do not find all items in a delivered package, be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. You can find out your order status from your account. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.


Q: How much is my shipping? (What are my shipping and delivery options?)

A: You can find out shipping methods and their prices by adding an item into cart and proceed to the Checkout page. A selected shipping price is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Or, please go to shipping page for further information.


Q: I received the wrong product or I do not want what I received?

Q: When will my order shipped?

A: Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment. You may track the status of your order from a link in the shipment confirmation email or from your account at our site. We usually ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you, exception applied to customized items.

Q: How do you handle Non-Shippable Products?
