60-Day Return and Refund Policy
All returned items in initial packaging, unworn, undamaged items, and in resalable condition are qualified for a full refund. All returns must be within 60 days after being delivered, as determined by the tracking number.
The original shipping fees are non-refundable for items bought with shipping service other than Free Standard Shipping. All refused delivery items are subject to deduction of the return shipping cost.
Your order is considered as delivered by the postal service tracking number. We are not responsible for ordered packages lost from being stolen. In order to get your order delivered to you, we provide shipping service options to let you arrange the delivery time. Please go to shipping and delivery page for more information.
Return or Exchange by mail (U.S.)
To return your purchased item, please include the original packing slip in the return package. You will be responsible for shipping back to us. We are not liable for lost return packages, thereby we recommend you insure and/or track your return package.
The refund or replacement for the item will be processed within 7-20 business days after we received the returned item. If replacement is not possible, we will issue a coupon or store credits equivalent to the returned item for your new order.
Exception to the above return policy
The return of defective, mislabeled, or incorrect items must be authorized by a customer service representative, and be reported within three days of the item being delivered, as determined by the tracking number. Please email to (firstname.lastname@example.org) for your return reason with your order number with a picture/video of the problem to help us expedite your replacement process.
If you do not like your ordered item when you receive it, do not open its original sealed bag; instead, contact the customer service team for a solution. Instructions, shipping labels, and replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis with the objective of making you satisfied with our products and service. We believe that when we treat our customers fairly, they in turn are fair with us.
Clearance & Free Item Promotions sales are final and non-refundable.
No returns are accepted after 60 Day Return Policy period.
We accept returns for international orders; however, they do not qualify for merchandise exchanges. As you are responsible for paying tariffs of your ordered items to your customs in your region, we do not refund them. All returns must be in their original packaging with the packing slips and customs documents.
